Yo! Thank you for being part of the mission. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions about shipping times and rates.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or some unforeseen global anomaly 🙄, shipments may be delayed (hopefully by only a few days at most). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
For our apparel items, we offer $3 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders of $40 and more, to the United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ENLTN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ENLTN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact DHL first to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout.
